• Awesome Art: Erica Henderson's artwork and coloring is gorgeous. While there had been complaints about the faces in The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, here they work completely, especially since it's a work of horror.
• Complete Monster: The Ancient Evil that is Dracula is a cruel being who awakens in modern times and goes on a killing spree, murdering multiple innocents while turning two into his brides. Using photographer Quincy Harker's editor as a pawn, Dracula then has him drained by his new brides, with it being later revealed that Dracula seduces young women to become his wives and plays them against one another. Dracula has them feed off innocent blood, before destroying them to increase his own power, with only three ever surviving his grip.
• Magnificent Bitch: The Brides of Dracula, Aleera, Verona and Marishka, discovered their husband was playing them against one another to destroy them and harvest their power. Luring him into a trap to disable him and seal him off, the Brides took grooms of their own to harvest their power for the day Dracula would return. Manipulating photographer Quincy Harker to become bait so they can destroy their former husband, the Brides end the work victorious, welcoming Quincy to the family over celebratory glasses of red liquid.
