  • Adaptation Displacement: Doraemon's Long Tales is a popular comic series in Japan, but other countries might be more familiar with the films.
  • Moral Event Horizon: Doraemon's Long Tales had a lot of things to say:
    • In Doraemon: Nobita's Dinosaur 2006, Dolmanstein, the leader of the Dinosaur Hunter crossed it by firing one of his rocket launcher on the canyon by hindering the escape of Doraemon and his gang, almost killing them. Not to mention that he was abused his own pet, Spinosaurus. To make it worse, he used his own pet to maul the gang with his own delightful to bait Nobita and Doraemon by gave Pisuke to them.
    • Borgant of Doraemon: The Records of Nobita, Spaceblazer has his MEH by ordering his men to planting the bomb on the Dimensional Door to kill Doraemon and Nobita, and tries to destroy the whole planet with the destructive bomb so his own mining company can obtain the crystal.
    • Daburanda of Doraemon: New Nobita's Great Demon ~Peko and the Exploration Party of Five poisoned Peko's father and framed him for the assassination of the King. Ensured his dictatorship over the kingdom so he could launch a war on the Mankind outside the kingdom. By the end of the movie, he is DESPERATELY tries to sort Spiana to escape but refuses and attempting to kill her.
    • Dorakorule from Doraemon: Nobita's Little Star Wars ordering his soldiers to execute Papi and Doraemon's gang.
    • The unnamed animal poachers from Doraemon: Nobita and the Kingdom of Clouds manipulating Doraemon, and Nobita pitted against the Sky People before became the full-blown war between the Earth and Sky People. Capturing Doraemon and his co., controlling the artillery for their own personal gains.
    • Mr. Cash of Nobita's Great Adventure in the South Seas is this. Experiments on the innocent animal by transforming them into an abnormal hybrids animals with his own twisted mind. Attempts to launch a horrid catastrophic on the 18th century.
    • Napogistra the First of Doraemon: Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth a robotic leader took control of Chamocha, viewing human as an inferior being to the machines, sending all of the humans to the camp, and planning to exterminate them with his own iron-fist.
    • Seagrid from Nobita and the Winged Braves unleashed the gigantic ancient dragon to destroy humanity due to his irrational hatred and unintentionally destroy the Birdmen civilization.
  • The Woobie: Pisuke, Nobita's pet dinosaur, who he realized he couldn't keep anymore. So Nobita decided to travel back to prehistoric times and leave Pisuke there where he really belonged. However it turned out Nobita was wrong as the area he had left Pisuke wasn't the natural habitat of Pisuke's species at all and he's surrounded by hostile dinosaurs all alone, clearly heartbroken from being abandoned by Nobita. Thankfully, Nobita returns once more to bring Pisuke over to his true habitat.
