YMMV / Do You Hear the Dogs Barking?

• Awesome Music: The film isn't exactly well-known outside of Mexico, but its soundtrack is among Vangelis' greatest accomplishments. The main theme in particular has a simultaneously sad and hopeful feel to it.
• Tear Jerker: The ending where Ignacio succumbs to his illness and dies in his father's arms as the latter screams out his name in anguish. Vangelis' tear-jerking score makes the whole thing all the more hard-hitting.
