• Complete Monster: Though she lives with a literal monster for a housemate and treats said monster as her best friend, Sara proves herself to be a maniacal sociopath who desires having Miranda's voice box so she can hypnotize, rape, and eat all the men she wants after being told off for being a typical "dumpy woman". She almost does so with Barry right after he completes her and Miranda's surgery.
• Hollywood Pudgy: Invoked In-Universe. Sara is slightly overweight, and it's largely because of this that she has been ghosted by several potential lovers. She's really more attractively voluptuous than anything, though the men whom she's seen have apparently thought otherwise.
• Magnificent Bitch: Miranda is a centuries-old flesh-eating siren from Ancient Greece. Seeking a normal life after having lured countless men to their gruesome deaths, Miranda uses Sara to entice the hapless Barry into performing a surgery on her to remove her voice box and give it to Sara. With the surgery a success, Miranda becomes mortal and kills Sara as she attempts to rape and eat Barry, living up to the promise she made him. Feeling regretful for all the trouble she's caused him, Miranda offers to start her own relationship with the OB/GYN.
