• Nightmare Fuel: The episode's final moments can be considered this. Numbuh One's paranoia gets the best of him as he tells the audience that schools are facilities created by adults to drain children's memories, and ensured that after school activities and homework to control the children, the "microwave cranium jellifier", adults feeding us Rainbow Monkeys, and implanting tracking devices when we brush our teeth. When Numbuh One loses control and screams at the top of his lungs, we are treated to a sequence of various images. Such images include:
  • A chalk drawing of a pregnant cat with unhappy faces in its womb. The cat is in a state of distress and smoking a corncob pipe.
  • Numbuh One having his mouth pried open by dentist suction tubes. Originally from Operation T.E.E.T.H.
  • Two children about to be eaten by a monster.
  • Earthworms.
  • A little girl with amber eyes wreaking havoc on a city. The city is black and white and is on fire.
  • Three nuclear cooling towers.
  • A closeup of a dragonfly's eyes.
  • Three damaged silos.
  • Someone holding a picture of someone that looks like they are lunging out of the frame with a smile.
  • A father and his son in a pool with the former having glowing green eyes.
  • An infected thumbnail.
  • A father and his son in a picture with the former with a weird happy face
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The overall segment raises a lot of questions regarding the universe of the KND. Many are curious as to how much of the story is true and whether the origin would be further explored. Instead the series leaves it ambiguous whether it did really happened at all, before it is decisively retconned away by Operation: Z.E.R.O..
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: The kids are meant to be portrayed as sympathetic in their fight against the rebelling adults. However, considering how they treated the adults as well as the fact that the adults were being enslaved by them, the kids' defeat and subsequent lobotomisation at the hands of the adults tend to be perceived as the kids receiving karmic justice for their crimes, and the Adults doing what they did as a slave uprising against their unjust masters. Granted they were spoiled brats but still doesn't excuse their treatment of the adults.
