YMMV / Class Trials

Go To

  • Seasonal Rot: Trials 13 through 16 are often referred to as the Dark Ages due to the controversial nature of the four trials that took place in a row.
    • Trial 13 featured a contrived method of suicide on Taka's part, while the only witness to the crime was under a misconception that the hosts didn't clear up for several days.
    • Trial 14 is generally considered the least offensive of the four, but mostly devolved into silly memes.
    • Trial 15 had an extremely controversial mass-execution ending, with very contrived events leading Chiaki to unknowingly be responsible for three separate murders.
    • Trial 16 followed that up with yet another controversial mass execution with almost no evidence having pointed to the real culprit or even the real murder weapon.
  • Slow-Paced Beginning: Trials tend to start off fairly slow, with players having to wait for other players to provide their alibis that detail the events of their days and for other players to present whatever evidence was found in their character's investigation before they can properly craft theories regarding the mystery.
