Even with all the hijacked Iron Man technology Cletus has been using throughout the event, there were no indications Shellhead himself would be appearing (due to the street-level scale and scope, no spoilers in advance publicity, and Tony's current circumstances over in Gerry Duggan's runs on Invincible Iron Man and X-Men.
