Eleven days later, his point was unfortunately proven beyond a shadow of a doubt when a white supremacist [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleston_church_shooting murdered nine black people]], including the minister and a state senator, at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church after explicit declaration of wanting to kill black people.
