- Recycled Premise: Upon airing, quite a few viewers who saw "Green Trial" couldn’t help but notice that the episode's premise was suspiciously similar to The Ghost and Molly McGee's episode "Innocent Until Proven Ghostly", right down to the crime in question being that an important family cake was stolen and eaten.
