YMMV / Batman: The Animated Series E3 "Nothing to Fear"

• Inferred Holocaust: A zeppelin crashes into a skyscraper and blows up. Granted, this was after office hours, so the building would presumably have been at least mostly empty, but any destruction on that scale downtown will realistically claim some victims.
  • The lights were on in the building. It's unlikely it was empty....
  • Yet the building wasn't shown to be damaged at all. Mostly due to being a painted background.
• Narm Charm: The Line. You know the one. Is it corny and melodramatic? Sure. Is it also an awesome proclamation of badassery that is undisputedly one of the most iconic Batman moments of all time? Absolutely.
• Nightmare Fuel: Nearly everything someone sees in this episode under the effects of Scarecrow's fear toxin, such as Dr. Long's hands turning to bones before his eyes, or Batman's hellish visions of his father.
• Signature Scene: It's not just the signature line of the episode, but standout line for the series and the greater Batman franchise:
  "I am vengeance! I am the night! I... am... BATMAN!"
