• One-Scene Wonder: Tricia O'Neil as the Earth Alliance President. She has less than two minutes of screen time, yet her speech is one of, if not the, most memorable scene in the movie.

  • Really, the whole story. Minbari unknowingly provoked humans to attack their ship (and the head of their government was killed) by opening their cannons and using scanners that interfered with the humans' own scanners so that they couldn't tell the weapons weren't armed, though humanity were warned about staying away from Minbari. That led to that leader's pupil, Delenn, who too was part of the government, in a moment of anger and anguish to vote for extermination of our race. The subsequent Hopeless War, where humanity were on the brink of extermination, which was totally unnecessary, and even detrimental to all the galaxy, as humans were stated by Vorlons to be very important in the upcoming war against the Shadows. Delenn deeply regretted her emotional weakness. The desperate tries by her and others to cease the war. Fortunately it ended well, but WELL.
