• Anti-Climax Boss: It can be a bit disappointing that the finale of the film wasn't a direct confrontation between Abdel and Karim, who dies a rather ignominiously at the end of the second act.
• Broken Base: Some viewers liked the movie until the very final scene, when it's revealed that the police were innocent of Idir's death all along.
