- Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: There's a very odd segment in which Asterix starts jumping twenty feet in the air, yelling in excitement, swimming out to sea, and being rescued by a dolphin. The context doesn't help much.
- Never Live It Down: The previously-mentioned scene is one of the most infamous moments of the later Asterix albums.
