** Linda Park was Wally's love interest in the comics, but here the two of them never even meet. Even moreso, she was set up to be the Arrowverse version of Dr. Light (both of them) but neither version ever returned.

** With the creation of Superman's twins in Crisis on Infinite Earths, there was some hope that Series/SupermanAndLois, following the twins as teenagers, would at least crossover with Supergirl, since Kara would be the twins' cousin-once-removed, especially when the latter series ended while the former was still going. Once it became clear that Superman & Lois was actually not on the same Earth as the rest of the Arrowverse, the question of what happened with Earth-38 Clark and his twins after Crisis remains.

** TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: Winn Schott, resident Adorkable GadgeteerGenius of Supergirl, never gets to interact with Curtis, Cisco, Felicity, or any of the other very similar Arrowverse characters, despite the fact that Kara is heavily involved with almost every crossover. It could have had a lot of potential, both serious character-building and comedic. With Winn's departure from Supergirl in Season 3 to the far future, only showing up once more in Season 5, the opportunity for a meet-up died with that.

* TheChrisCarterEffect: Near-universally agreed to be one of the biggest problems in the franchise, with several series being hit hard, particularly Arrow and The Flash. The first seasons of both shows were focused on a very specific arc at the center of the characters' motivation, that being the Undertaking conspiracy with Arrow, and who killed Nora Allen in The Flash. Once those arcs were resolved however, the writers didn't really have any plans going forward, so they've largely just made stuff up as they go along.

porting misplaced examples from YMMV.The Flash Eobard Thawne saying "Gets a plethora of memes thanks to Arrowverse..."

People have joked that the only video game that exists in the Arrowverse is VideoGame/Injustice2, since it's appeared in every single Arrowverse show when a scene needs characters to play a video game.game.
** Eobard Thawne has a plethora of memes:
*** Angry helicopter noises. When the Reverse-Flash appears, in addition to his theme music, and his vibrational effects, there are helicopter effects that also play, though it's unclear if they are something the other characters can hear or not.
*** Some would say ____ is the reverse. When the Reverse-Flash is "trapped" by the STAR Labs team inside a forcefield, Dr. Wells tells him that they designed a trap that could hold the Flash, just like he is. He retorts: "I'm not like the Flash at all". Some would say I'm the reverse."
*** Run, Barry, run! Other characters do say this, but Thawne is the meme namer.
*** Now who's the villain, Flash!? Also said (rather dramatically) by Thawne in Season 3.
*** For centuries. Eobard Thawne told Cisco: "to me, you've been dead for centuries." This is frequently combined with other memes, eg., "it's been unclear for centuries."
*** A speed mirage, if you will. Another phrase from Thawne, when he explained to Cisco how he could be in two places at the same time, which is also combined with other memes.
*** IT WAS ME, BARRY! In The Flash: Rebirth, Eobard reveals that he went back in time and tormented Barry Allen throughout his childhood before murdering his mother. The sheer pettiness of some of Thawne's actions, such as making Barry miss a catch at a baseball game, led to 4chan creating Zoomposting.
*** I jerked you off at super-speed... The most well-known example of Zoomposting, thanks to the voice-acting, where Thawne claims that he caused Flash to have a premature ejaculation while he was making out with his first girlfriend.
*** With the revelation of Ezra Miller's various criminal charges, this has morphed into Thawne being horrified and telling Barry to get some help.
