• Didn't Think This Through: William and Mia are so shocked to learn that Oliver dies in Crisis, but they’re both aware that he dies in 2019, and it's December.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Oliver's line to Mia about having her own stories, intended to be a wink at the then-planned Green Arrow and the Canaries spinoff, hits harder since plans for the show have been scuttled. Mia may have adventures, but we'll never know what they are.
