• Epic Riff: They have quite a few - "Sexy Boy", "Kelly Watch the Stars", "Playground Love", "Venus" and "Once Upon A Time."
• First Installment Wins: Air have certainly had their moments since, but Moon Safari, their first full-length, got universal critical acclaim which they may never reach again.
• Signature Song: Air might be more known for their overall smooth, laid-back approach to electronica than anything else, but if one song can be considered this, it's "Sexy Boy," on account of it being their most successful single.
• Sophomore Slump: 10,000 Hz Legend, their second album (minus reissues and soundtracks) was less well-received than Moon Safari, with critics and fans alienated by the colder electronic sound and prog influence.
• Win Back the Crowd: Critics embraced Talkie Walkie, and considered it a much better example of Air's ambition than 10,000 Hz Legend.
