• Complete Monster: Brittaney the Collage is revealed to be behind the murders haunting Acrylic Academy. Having drowned as a little girl because her father, Mr. Aaron, failed to notice her, she became a spirit and sought revenge on him and the living. Possessing Mr. Aaron, the Collage used his body to sexually assault three innocent girls, then gruesomely murdered two and drove one to suicide while forcing Aaron to watch, trapping their spirits in the school like her. When Nicole and Joelle Chapman enter the school at night, she has the latter murdered and can potentially subject the former to many gruesome deaths. Unlike the other spirits, the Collage actively refuses to move on from her grudge to the next life, instead reveling in her sadism.
• Obvious Judas: Mr. Aaron is seemingly just Nicole's favorite teacher and only has a single scene where he provides a Cat Scare, greets the girls, and then leaves without doing anything important. Yet this supposedly unimportant character has his own character portraits, making it obvious he will play a major role. And since the only major male character who's identity is unknown is the Serial Killer targeting girls at the academy, who is explicitly stated to be a respected staff member of the academy much like Mr. Aaron, it's not hard to figure out who it is. The real twist is that he's not entirely willing, but being forced to by someone much less obvious.
• That One Boss: The Carver, the spirit of Floor 3 (the Sculpting Wing), is by far the hardest of the spirits to deal with. Unlike the others who only chase you in a specific scene confined to one room, the Carver wanders the entire main hall looking for you and is quite fast- and since the halls are very dark with your flashlight not lighting up a whole lot, it is very easy for her to sneak up on you. In order to beat her, you have to get all the items related to her name and death and show them to her when she catches up to you, and will die if you present a wrong item, but the game doesn't tell you how many items there are, and due to a programming error, if you get caught by her at all, you can't break free until you have given her all the items- so if you don't have one of them, you are basically already dead.
