- Older Than They Think: The description for the Ogre states that "Since 1983, Man has dreamed of fighting hostile aliens while ensconced in a giant robot suit"; as a Shout Out to Aliens. Lensman and Starship Troopers had evil aliens being fought by guys in powered armor in the 30's and 50's.
