• Awesome Art: The Medium Blending of the staticky PS2-style 3D world and the 2D characters is a unique and charming visual style. The 2D character designs are really cute, and the PS2 graphics give it that spooky edge.
• Heartwarming Moments:
  • When you ask the pretzel peddler about their day, they'll actually open up to you about their rough shift and express their gratitude for you asking, saying "nobody's asked me before".
  • The fenkem freak's reaction to you collecting all or most of the gifts. He says he admires your motivation and says he's grateful to have come here and met you. Then, to top it off, he awards you one of his funko pops.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • The seemingly fake gorillas in the Tropical Diner can be seen blinking.
  • When you enter the arcade, you discover a passage to the mannequin room. Suddenly, the colors become dull and creepy ambiance kicks in. This entire sequence of you taking the wig is Played for Horror, and after you take the wig, the mannequins start to turn to you if you're not looking at them.
  • The sequence where the mall shuts down with you still in it. The mall suddenly becomes dark, the Christmas music in the background cuts out completely, and you're left alone in the Saul's. To boost the creepiness, the store is littered with mannequins that look at you if you're turned away from them. You have to go down a long and dark hallway to exit the building. Luckily, the Saul's employee finds you in the hallway, and you return to your mom.
