During 2014, Park Resorts (now Parkdean Resorts, as of 2015) released 4 animated movies based on "Sparky's Krew."
Tropes:
- Black Comedy: In "Sparky and the Bandit", Naarky (as a bandit) threatens to to make Malador ,a skunk, skunk sundae when Malador asks if he's being freed.
- Catchphrase: Sparky has "The Imaginabox always has something for me to do!" and "My imagination is sparked!" Once per Episode at the beginning of each movie and Malador the skunk has "Me name's Malador" or "Name's Malador"
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Most of the characters in the short films. None ever appeared after their appearance.
- Furry Confusion: In "Sparky and the Bandit" (a short film that came out before the Starland Krew were formed), Sparky and Sparkle team up with a horse called Giddy, who walks on four legs, yet still talks like a human.
