In 2013, it was rebranded as Spring.me, and had plenty more features added in a seeming attempt to make it more like Website/MySpace. By 2015, the domain was acquired by the dating site Twoo; while the users' profiles were transferred into Twoo, the answers are seemingly lost, or at least inaccessible.

Formspring was a question-and-answer website launched in 2009. It had some elements of a social network, but mostly focused on having users ask each other questions, with the questions and answers visible on the user's profile page. It is relevant to this wiki for two main reasons:
* It was used by some authors as an easy way to answer fan questions. Authors who used Formspring this way include Tom Siddell (author of ''Webcomic/GunnerkriggCourt'') or Creator/AndrewHussie (''Webcomic/MSPaintAdventures'').
* It was used as a medium for roleplaying PlayByPostGames. Examples include the ''Roleplay/TheOfficialUnofficialOuendanEBAFormspringRP'', as well as countless fan-made {{Character Blog}}s (e.g. there was a fairly vibrant ''Webcomic/MSPaintAdventures'' Formspring community roleplaying as various characters.)
Formspring's shortcomings included a lack of an easy way to access older answers--the only way was to keep clicking the "show more answers" at the bottom of the page, making it difficult or impossible to fully familiarize yourself with the history of a profile that's been around for a long time.
