Born on a stormy night was Princess Anna. However it was completely unexpected that she would grow up into a horrible tyrannical queen. When she declares that she will not be taking a husband it inspires the king of the Lion Kingdom, Rykan Soldeus, to try and woo the tigress and add her to his harem. Unknown to him this also prompted the king of the Wolf Kingdom, Orion, to try and woo the queen for his own political gain.
The Tiger Queen is a story about the tyrannical Queen of the tigers, Anna, and her two suitors, the King of the wolves, Orion, And the King of the lions, Rykan. It is a fantasy furry webcomic written by Zelda Fea. It is available to read on Tapas.

- ArtShift: When Anna is feeling particularly angry or deranged the color pallet shifts the various shades of red. Flashbacks are sometimes also colored in one shade of color as well.
- Animal Stereotypes: Anna is an aggressive and dangerous tiger. Orion is an aloof and mysterious wolf.
- With Rykan this trope is averted as he is very childish and doesn't at all seem noble or powerful like a lion.
- Assassination Attempt: Someone makes an attempt to assassinate Anna with a poisoned arrow during the fight with Orion in Chapter 2 Part 7.
- Betty and Veronica: Rykan is Betty and Orion is Veronica.

- Royal Blood: The protagonists, Anna, Rykan, and Orion, are all members of various royal families and are the respective rulers of their kingdoms.
- Royal Brat: In flashback chapters it's shown that Anna often misbehaved and that carried over to adulthood with her doing whatever she likes and getting away with it.
- Sensitive Guy and Manly Man: Orion is strong, cold, and only cares about marrying Anna for political gain. Orion is also an excellent fighter. Rykan is shown with bishie sparkles and obsessed with romance. His mane also resembles long hair.
- Prince Charmless: Anna has stated she does not want either of the male love interests but has a particular dislike of Rykan. Who on the other hand thinks he's the perfect guy for her.
- Youngest Child Wins: Rykan is the youngest of five brothers, confirmed by Word of God and yet he ascended the throne.
