Shallowskin is a webcomic created by I.S. Everett, creator of Poppy O'Possum. This webcomic tells a tale about two fae meeting each other at a beach.
In the world where supernatural beings co-exist with humans, a brownie named Browne, finds himself in a dilemma when, after only being gone for an hour, finds the house he was tasked to clean engulfed in flames. Fearing the consequences for something that he didn't do, Browne took his belongings from the fire and fled to the beaches of Mitherscove where he meets a seemingly normal seal named Merril who turned out to be a Selkie (not that he knew that at first). Both fae find comfort in conversing to each other about their problems.
