Among Us Comic is a series of web-comics based around the game Among Us. Created by Instagram artist Celoost, their account (with the comics) can be found here.

The comic follows Luke (the blue crewmate) who discovers that Jack (the red crewmate) and Aiden (the lime crewmate) are the impostors. Things get complicated when Jack tells Luke that he has a crush on the latter. Jack also promises that Luke will remain safe as long as he doesn't tell anyone about their secret. Luke agrees, on the condition that neither Jack nor Aiden can kill anyone on the ship. As a romance develops between Luke and Jack, tensions rise between Jack and Aiden, since impostors need to eat the crewmates to survive...

The Characters (with colours)

  • Luke (Blue)
  • Jack (Red)
  • Aiden and Junior (Lime)

Tropes present in Among Us Webcomic

  • An Arm and a Leg: Aiden takes a bite out of Lucy's leg before killing her, then rips of the whole leg to eat.
  • Black Dude Dies First: The comic opens with Black getting stabbed by Jack, then devoured by Lime offscreen
  • Blue Is Heroic: Luke is a nice and forgiving crewmate who doesn't want anyone to get hurt.
  • Cassandra Truth: Leroy insists that Aiden killed Lucy, but Ellie is having none of it. Downplayed because Wendy believes him, but opts to skip instead of voting out Aiden.
  • Cliffhanger: The strips are put up as a series of posts, and the last panel usually ends with one of these
  • Content Warnings: Applied whenever blood is visibly present in a strip. In addition, there have been content warnings for emotional abuse (Lucy trying to pop Luke's balloon against his will) and a panic attack (Leroy getting stressed out over the aftermath of Lucy's death)
  • Dying Declaration of Love: Before Ellie tosses him out of the airlock, Leroy's final words to Wendy are "I love you, and I'm sorry..."
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones:
    • Jack has a soft spot for Luke. He is ready to murder Leroy for insulting him, and eject Lucy from the ship for trying to maim him. He doesn't follow through because Luke wouldn't be happy with it.
    • Aiden is a bloodthirsty impostor with two kills to himself, but he is devoted to Junior and enters a loving relationship with Sophia (Purple)
  • Face Death with Dignity: After Leroy gets ejected, he spends his last moments calmly acknowledging that he deserved his fate, and admiring the stars.
  • Fall Guy: Aiden successfully frames Leroy for Lucy's murder
  • Happily Adopted: Junior was a human mini-crewmate who was adopted by Aiden. He declares it as the best decision he ever made, and Junior is doing well under him.
  • Hypocrite:
    • Lucy calls out Jack for shoving her, even though she tried to pop Luke's balloon mere moments ago, and Jack shoved her to save Luke. Jack even calls her out on this.
    • Aiden remarks to himself that is was a good thing he went to check on Leroy, otherwise it would have ended very badly... except that it already ended badly for Lucy (who had her leg ripped off and was brutally murdered) and Leroy (who was left behind as the fall guy)
  • Ironic Echo: Leroy yelling at Ellie and declaring that they were never friends comes back to bite him after he is framed for Lucy's murder. When Leroy tries to invoke their friendship, Ellie throws his words right back at him.
  • Jerkass: Lucy and Leroy are rude and unpleasant towards other crewmates for no explicable reason.
    • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: That being said, Leroy genuinely cares for Wendy, and after being left to take the heat for Lucy's death, is equally concerned about Wendy's fate as much as his.
  • Kids Are Cruel: In Junior's backstory, Lime observed that other mini-crewmates would gang up on Junior and pick on him.
  • Laser-Guided Karma:
    • Invoked by Jack when he tries to get Leroy to murder Lucy. She tried to pop Luke's balloon with a pair of scissors, and Jack gives Leroy the same pair to use as the murder weapon. When Aiden questions it, Jack says "Lucy needs a taste of her own medicine". This is later fulfilled by Aiden
  • Light Is Not Good: Aiden and Lucy are both light shades of green and red respectively. The former is a human eating murderer, while the latter is a jerk.
  • Murder the Hypotenuse: Leroy (Cyan) is in love with Wendy (White), who is married to Ellie (Yellow). Jack promises that Leroy can have Wendy to himself if he kills Ellie.
  • Nice Guy: Luke is a particularly friendly crewmate who doesn't hold grudges against others.
  • Posthumous Character: Various characters bring up a certain "Green", who we never met but was apparently killed before Black (the first victim we see)
  • Red Is Violent: Averted by Jack. While he does stab Black with a knife and coax Leroy into killing Lucy, it is actually Aiden who is the more bloodthirsty one.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: Ellie (Yellow), the captain of The Skeld. Even though Luke was the nearest to Black's remains, she doesn't accuse him of murder because he scanned earlier. When Leroy is framed by Aiden for Lucy's murder, she still decides to hold a meeting to determine his fate despite being 100% certain of his guilt. She votes him out in a deciding vote, though she admits that she is not happy about it.
  • Skewed Priorities: Jack prioritizing his relationship with Luke over his survival. Aiden certainly thinks so, though he acknowledges that Jack's feelings for Luke are valid.
  • We Used to Be Friends: Ellie and Leroy drifted apart after being friends since high school. On the ship, Leroy rudely rebuffs her attempt to reconnect with him, and when Leroy tries to plead with her after she votes him out, she tells him "We are not friends. You said so yourself".
