** Brad's reaction to ''Film/PainAndGain'', which he absolutely loved. It's a complete 180 from his [[ClusterFBomb reaction to]] the third ''Film/{{Transformers}}'' movie. He also felt the fourth Transformers made its humor work (for the most part) by saying the lines straight.

* WTHCastingAgency: [[invoked]] The review of ''Film/The1517ToParis'' mentions how the three main characters are playing themselves, Alison saying it makes the movie more interesting. But Brad and Alison are surprised comedic actors are playing parents and teachers in flashbacks. Incluing Creator/JennaFischer, Creator/JudyGreer, Creator/JaleelWhite, Creator/TonyHale and Creator/ThomasLennon. And Brad is angry the professional actors aren't doing a good job.

* JokeAndReceive: In the review for ''Film/PiratesOfTheCaribbeanDeadMenTellNoTales'', Brian mentions his confusion over Barbossa having a peg-leg, to which Brad suggests he go to the [[TheWikiRule Pirates wiki]][[invoked]], jokingly saying it probably has its own page. * HappyPlace: Singing the ''WesternAnimation/DuckTales'' theme in his head ''used'' to work for Jake, but after he shared it in the ''Film/{{RIPD}}'' review, it no longer helped.

** In his review of ''Literature/{{Twilight}}: Eclipse''. It starts with Jillian giving a positive review, only for Brad to hijack the audio and give his thoughts.

''Midnight Screenings'' is a collection of v-log reviews of movies that Creator/BradJones and his friends (dubbed "Team [[WebVideo/TheCinemaSnob Snob]]") have just seen, usually filmed in their cars. The latter is often done after seeing midnight premieres of major films, hence the series name. In its original format, the series ran from 2011 (starting with ''Film/{{Thor}}'') and temporarily ended in 2019 with ''Film/{{Pet Sematary|2019}}''. The ''Overcomer'' review, posted in August 2019, was done in the original format, and the original format returned the next month, though it has since become increasingly intermittent.

** There were no midnight screenings for new movies released in Springfield on the weekend of December 5-7, 2014, so Brad and Jake decide to make a video on nothing in particular and just talk about whatever comes to mind.
