Iride is Himiko's 'dead' brother
- Himiko revealed that one of her brothers had been put up for adoption, and that his current whereabouts have been unknown for years, due to which he has been declared dead. One of the later chapters reveal that Iride is actually adopted and doesn't remember much of his childhood from before being adopted. This could be implying that something happened after he was put up for adoption which led to his status as "missing" and also caused him to forget the events of his past up until he was adopted by the Iride family. Akatsuki's and Himiko's hair are also of the exactly same brown shade, though a little portion of Akatsuki's hair is white, due to reasons unknown.
