Mr. White's last wish was granted concequence-free, at least as far as the Paw is concerned.

The Paw's whole deal is to teach people You Can't Fight Fate. Mr. White's last wish, whatever the wording (all we know is that it undid "I wish our boy alive again"), was basically "I accept fate and our concequences of trying to change it"; he learned that lesson, so that wish was granted without any strings attached.
