It might seem far-fetched, but Pizzahead and Snotty are the only Pizza Tower characters we haven't seen in any way, shape or form so far. So it's possible that Pizzahead and Snotty will swap roles. In addition, Pizzahead's counterpart will be the live version of Coneboy that's been showcased by the developers (he has the nose and everything).
