Blythe was one of the superior officers the Cap slept with that led to his court-martial
In "Blythe vs. the Huntress", the former drops a pretty transparent hint that she knows the Captain personally, and given how she and the Cap are within the same age category, it'd is not unreasonable to conjecture that they served at the same time. And, given how she is obviously much more competent than he (who only has his piloting skills going for him, as far as the military is concerned), it would make sense for her to outrank him even before the Battle of Nü Vegas.
  • Jossed. In her Devotion [20] dialogue, Captain mentions that the two officers he slept with held the colonel rank.

Erark is the Requital's mysterious benefactor
Because he seems to be pulling all the strings in Prodigium.
  • Confirmed as of 0.6.0, when he calls Blythe after she captures DEMI.

Zanderson Dooper is actually a xell in disguise
The Codex entry on the shapeshifting xell species is unlocked during the "Celestina's Oath" cutscene, and the only named characters who appear in it are Celestina herself, Zanderson Dooper, Blythe, and HARR-E. HARR-E, being a robot, can probably ruled out, as can Celestina and Blythe, who are too major characters to be doppelgangers. That leaves only Dooper, which has a nice lore bonus, as the xell have a long history with the kloi, who have nearly wiped the out in the past.

Killi is Erark's plant on the Mary Celeste
Every other waifunote  has had a prior relationship, either professional or intimate, with Fortune, and even Dallick owed her a favor prior to recruitment. Killi, meanwhile, is the only waifu who has been recommended mainly by Erark and who didn't know Fortune prior to her recruitment. Knowing how thorough Erark is about his puppet strings, it is unlikely that he would let Fortune staff the strike team exclusively with "her" people and Killi appears to be his only contribution to it (though the Captain himself is Erark's guy through and through, Erark would know better than to rely on just him).
  • Indirectly supported by reveal that HARR-E has been Erark's mole among the Requital all along.

The Captain is the Pilot's son
This is heavily implied by Blythe's Devotion dialogues.
