God's plan
What if God's plan to "exterminate Humanity for failing Him" is nothing more than an elaborate prank He's playing on everyone?
- Voltaire once said "God is a comedian, playing to an audience too afraid to laugh." So what's to stop this petty vendetta of His from being a demonstration of such comedy, and the rest of the cast(i.e. everyone who isn't God) either takes God too seriously or is too scared witless of Him to see the joke for what it is? This Troper is a firm believer in the mercy and patience of God, therefore it is absurd for them to think that God is capable of hate. Otherwise we may as well have someone kill Him like Asura did to Chakravartin in Asura's Wrath.
