According to the plot Jennifer Grey goes missing. The trailer shows her taunting a bounded Johnny Cage. Given that he's seen with markings all over his body, it could be that she is preparing him to be a sacrifice. Also her partners Kia and Jataaka also appear in the film.- Confirmed.
