The possible fanmade explanation for Wikky's PTSD... during the killer-clown craze, maybe Wikky was in his usual attire, before someone noticed him and started attacking him. This caused him to become greatly traumatized, thus making a reason for his PTSD. That means this show takes place after the Clown Crisis, if the creator agrees with this theory.
