There will be a even more darker Seinen manga and anime made by Fujiko-Pro where all characters of Fujiko Fujio have the Tsubasa Reservior Chronicles treatment. It will be a seinen for those who grew up with the other mangas made by Fujiko Fujio
  • Set in an alternate world after the First Japanese Civil War (as part of WWIII) and during the Second Japanese Civil War as part of WWIV, the counterparts must liberate the world from an evil dictator (who is the leader of the Neo-SWG) who had overthrown the Japanese royal family along with the heads of states in the world such as the US president and the British royal family, banned the UN and set up a brutal government with each area (except Antarctica) ruled by a general after the Neo-SWG's victory in WWIII. They must find the gadgets to defeat the dictatorship and the whole world. The main heroes are given the 4 legendary weapons by their counterparts from Doraemon.
    • The main heroes:
      • Nobita (counterpart of Nobita Nobi from Doraemon) - the leader of the Neo-JSDF (新自衛隊). He is on a quest to find his parents. Had feelings with Shizuka.
      • Shizuka (counterpart of Shizuka Minamoto from Doraemon) - an expert on close combat. She learned close combat from her parents before they passed away 3 years prior the First Japanese Civil War. She is nicknamed the "Werewolf" due to her being feared by the Neo-SWG as the deadliest of the four. Had feelings with Nobita.
      • Takeshi (counterpart of Takeshi Goda from Doraemon) - Expert in heavy weaponry. Writes and sings anti-SWG songs. He is the son of the CEO of the Goda Group.
      • Suneo (counterpart of Suneo Honekawa from Doraemon) - An expert on sniping. His mom was killed by the Neo-SWG during the fall of Tokyo. He wanted revenge after he heard about his mom being killed by enemy fire.
    • Neo-JSDF (the true successor of the JSDF and the UN):
      • Eri (counterpart of Eri Kasugi from Chinpui) - An assassin who kills Neo-SWG members including Gigazombi. She is called the "Blood Moon" because of the many assassinations by her. She was never caught by the Neo-SWG. Because of her ancestor who is Kukuru, she uses a spear and a dagger.
      • Mami (counterpart of Mami Sakura from Esper Mami) - a nurse who heals wounds and fixes body parts.
      • Mitsuo (counterpart of Mitsuo Suwa from Perman) - one of the veterans of the First Japanese Civil War who fought for the JSDF aganist the Neo-SWG. As such, he wears his army helmet, army uniform and army armor (which includes a army cape) similar to what his counterpart wears.
      • Sumire (counterpart of Sumire Hoshino from Perman) - one of the veterans of the First Japanese Civil War who fought for the JSDF aganist the Neo-SWG. Like Mitsuo, she wears her army helmet, army uniform and army armor (which includes a army cape) similar to what her counterpart wears.
      • Hozen (counterpart of Hozen Oyama from Perman) - a military chaplin for the Neo-JSDF.
      • Shōta (counterpart of Shōta Ōhara from Obake no Q-Tarō) - a former cop who can see and has the powers of ghosts (good or malicious).
      • Kanzo (counterpart of Kanzo Hattori from Ninja Hattori-Kun) - a spy for the Neo-JSDF one of the last of the Hattori tribe before he sacrificed himself to save his little brother from getting killed by taking a shot from a bullet.
      • Shinzō (counterpart of Shinzō Hattori from Ninja Hattori-Kun) - the last remaining person of the Hattori tribe, he managed to save the customs and cultures of tribe from the Neo-SWG by sacrificing himself in order to meet his brother in heaven.
      • Kenichi (counterpart of Kenichi Mitsuba from Ninja Hattori-Kun)
      • Tsubame (counterpart of Tsubame from Ninja Hattori-Kun)
      • Sorao (counterpart of Sorao Amano from Mojacko)
      • Eiichi (counterpart of Eiichi Kite from Kiteretsu Daihyakka)
      • Taro (counterpart of Taro from Pokonyan!) - a refugee turned fighter.
      • Miki (counterpart of Miki Konoha from Pokonyan!) - a refugee turned fighter.
      • Tarou (counterpart of Tarou Kaibutsu from Kaibutsu-kun) - a me member of the "Monsters", a mercenary group of the Neo-JSDF.
      • Hiroshi (counterpart of Hiroshi Ichikawa from Kaibutsu-kun) - a member of the "Monsters", a mercenary group of the Neo-JSDF.
      • Maruko (counterpart of Maruko from Parasol Henbē) - An air pilot for the Neo-JSDF.
      • Michio (counterpart of Michio Mikita from Ultra B) - a navy sailor for the Neo-JSDF.
    • The allies:
      • Dekisugi (counterpart of Hidetoshi Dekisugi from Doraemon) - a Ministry of Intelligence member of the Neo-JSDF.
      • Jaiko (counterpart of Jaiko Goda from Doraemon) - Minister of Veterans Affairs
      • Tamako (counterpart of Tamako Nobi from Doraemon) - Mother of Nobita, she used to lead the JSDF against the Neo-SWG but was missing (along with her husband) during the First Japanese Civil War. She along her husband was later found on Iwo Jima.
      • Nobisuke (counterpart of Nobisuke Nobi from Doraemon) - Father of Nobita, he used to lead the JSDF against the Neo-SWG but was missing (along with his wife) during the First Japanese Civil War. He along his wife was later found on Iwo Jima.
      • Ganari (counterpart of Sensei from Doraemon) - a former teacher turned general of the JSDF. He was executed after the First Japanese Civil War.
      • Kiminari (counterpart of Kiminari from Doraemon and Obake no Q-Tarō) - an old man who was later executed by the Neo-SWG for refusing to follow the dictatorship.
      • Lulli (counterpart of Lulli from Doraemon) - a veteran of the First Japanese Civil War. She managed to escaped her imprisonment by the Neo-SWG. She is the Minister of Intellengeice of the Neo-JSDF. She is called the "Bluebird" because of their knowledge on the Neo-SWG.
      • Shishio (counterpart of Shishio Sarari from Jungle Kurobe) - Minister of Indigenous Affairs.
    • The people of the Goda Group:
      • Takeshi and Jaiko's mom (counterpart of Mrs. Goda from Doraemon) - CEO of the Goda Group and mother of Takeshi and Jaiko.
      • Moguro (counterpart of Moguro Fukuzo from Warau Salesman; voiced by Tesshō Genda) - a spokesperson for the keirestu and one of the targets of a series of attempted assassinations by the Neo-SWG. He was killed by a roadside bomb planted by the Neo-SWG.
      • Doraemon (counterpart of the titular character from Doraemon) - a robotic cat who is responsible for hiding all gadgets from the hands of the Neo-SWG.
      • Dorami (counterpart of Dorami from Doraemon)
      • Wonderful (counterpart of Wonderful from Chimpui)
      • Chinpui (counterpart of the titular character from Chimpui)
      • 21 Emon (counterpart of the titular character from 21 Emon) - he is the manager of his own hotel (now owned by the Goda Group). He later joins the Neo-JSDF.
      • Ultra B (counterpart of the titular character from Ultra B) - a grown kid who is responsible for designing weapons (except the legendary weapons since they are ancient).
    • The legendary mentors (counterparts of the heroes of the Doraemon movies):
      • Lopplc (counterpart of Lopplc from Doraemon) - the first legendary mentor who tells the main heroes that he is responsible for the message that started the war of freedom against the Neo-SWG. He also teaches them how to fight with gravity.
      • Peko (counterpart of Peko from Doraemon) - he is a knight who defended his kingdom from the Neo-SWG. He fought with the main heroes on how to summon gods to attack the Neo-SWG.
      • Eru (counterpart of Eru from Doraemon) - a knight of Atlantis. He teaches the main heroes how to fight underwater.
      • Kukuru (counterpart of Kukuru from Doraemon) - the king of the Hikari tribe who tells the main heroes where his descendant (Eri) is.
      • Carla (counterpart of Carla from Doraemon) - researcher and one of the refugee helpers in Antarctica (which is a fortified refugee camp) during the war. She told the main heroes that there are still people who are trapped in the war. She even teaches them how to fight in cold climates.
      • Flock (counterpart of Flock from Doraemon) - a pirate who is wanted by the Neo-SWG. He teaches the main heroes on how to steal the Neo-SWG's documents for the Neo-JSDF's Ministry of Intellengeice.
      • Sarah (counterpart of Sarah from Doraemon) - a pirate, a doctor and a chef. She teaches the main heroes the art of cooking and medicine.
      • Luka (counterpart of Luka from Doraemon) - one of the last legendary mentors. He tells our main heroes on how to kill Dorumanstein and the last remaining Neo-SWG troops for the final battle and what the true intentions of the Neo-SWG are. He also upgrades the main heroes' signature weapons with lunar and solar powers for the final battle.
      • Luna (counterpart of Luca from Doraemon) - one of the last legendary mentors. She guides and blessed our heroes good luck for the final battle aganist the Neo-SWG. She is also responsible for sending the warriors from the skies and those who are deceased to attack the Neo-SWG in the final battle.
    • The main villains (Neo-SWG):
      • Dorumanstein (counterpart of Dorumanstein from Doraemon) - the dictator of the world, supreme leader of the Neo-SWG (新軍事参議院) and the main antagonist. He ruled the world with an iron fist and wants to eliminate the Neo-JSDF. He was later killed by the four main heroes during the Battle of Tokyo (aka the final battle of WWIV).
      • Daburanda (counterpart of Daburanda from Doraemon) - the general of Sub-Saharan Africa. He was later killed by Takeshi during minigun duel between him and Takeshi.
      • Gigazombi (counterpart of Gigazombi from Doraemon) - the general of the East Asia who is responsible for the hundreds of killings of innocent people (including the Chiyoda incident in which many protestors were killed for rallying aganist the dictatorship). He was later assassinated by Eri in Sapporo.
      • Team Cockroach General (counterpart of the Team Cockroach General from Doraemon) - the general of Northern America.
      • Cassmin (counterpart of Cassmin from Doraemon) - the general of the MENA and South Asia.
      • Napogistra the First (counterpart of Napogistra the First from Doraemon) - the general of Western Europe.
      • Ledina (counterpart of Ledina from Doraemon) - the general of the Latin America.
      • Zubu (counterpart of Zubu from Doraemon) - the general of Melanesia.
      • Bulkin (counterpart of Bulkin from Doraemon) - the general of Micronesia and Polynesia. He was later imprisoned in the Marinas Trench.
      • Captain Silver (counterpart of Captain Silver from Doraemon) - the admiral of the Caribbean. He was executed by the Neo-SWG for his defection to Neo-JSDF. Due to his defection, the area that he ruled was merged into the Northern America by the Neo-SWG.
      • Diabolo (counterpart of Diabolo from Doraemon) - the general of Australia and New Zealand.
      • the Neo-SWG commanders were counterparts of villains from other Fujiko Fujio works.
      • the Neo-SWG soldiers were an army of robots and aliens.
  • The Goda Group (a keiretsu/conglomerate that was founded as Goda Greengrocers, a grocery shop which are monitored by the Neo-SWG as part of a policies on banning companies that are not made by the Neo-SWG) will compose of companies that involve:
    • Retail
    • Construction
    • Military and police equipment such as weapons
    • Automotive
    • Toys and Games
    • Food
    • Restaurants
    • Mining
    • Shipbuilding
    • Insurance
    • Finincal services
    • Hotels, inns and motels
    • etc.
  • The gadgets were hidden by Doraemon in various locations from the hands of the Neo-SWG.
  • The first chapter will start with the Neo-SWG soldiers being ambushed by the four main heroes. The first line is a narration made by Nobita that the fight for world freedom had just begun.
  • The final chapter of the manga and the final episode take place in the Battle of Tokyo. During which the Neo-JSDF will overthrow Dorumanstein's dictatorship and restore the royal family. The final scene will feature Nobita, Shizuka, Takeshi and Suneo looking at the sunrise over the clouds (as a homage to the ending of the first intro of the 1979 version of Doraemon) representing a new start and a hopeful future after all the brutal fights and a brutal government. The last line is a narration made by Shizuka that the fight for world freedom had just ended and that there will be peace and love for the world and that a new beginning has just started.
  • The games will be a open world first person shooter, a third person shooter and a hack and slash.
  • The animation style is same as the one in the Doreamon movies.
