The guy who was identical to Leerang.

Who is he?

• It's too early for concrete confirmation. There are basically 2 possibilities that I can see right now:
  • 1) It is Leerang from the future. He has the White Tiger, who knows what he'll be capable of when he fully masters the Anima power? The tiger itself could obviously turn back time - and commented that it was an EASY thing to do. Logically, if Leerang masters its power, he'll be able to jump back himself. Given that the name of the manga is 'Flow', I kind of get the feeling that we're going to see him start traveling through time and royally screwing EVERYTHING up (messing up the 'flow' of time).
  • 2) It is Leerang's twin that he never new he had. Leerang seems to live with his grandfather, and no mention has been made of his parents - if they were still alive and around, I have to assume that they would have shown up SOMETIME during his birthday and when he was in the hospital with serious injuries. It is totally possible he has a twin he didn't know about (and maybe even the grandfather doesn't know). It is completely possible that, since they would have been born at basically the same time, the twin either also has the White Tiger himself, or the twin is the one with the Black Turtle as his Anima (the thing that ate Yulbe). It would make a lot of sense for the Black Turtle and the White Tiger to be twins born at the same time from the same mother. I could definitely see a twin searching for a long time for his brother, but once he found him, Leerang was a pathetic nobody that didn't even know he had a virtual God as his Anima. To make him stronger, the twin orchestrated the whole thing with the Bull/Dog to blind Leerang and force him to use his wish, and then killed Yulbe to force Leerang to master his Anima power.
• If it's number two, then that would explain why the demon appeared again when the Rat was about to figure out Leeran's true anima. Word getting out of his true power would most definitely get in the way of his developing his powers. The whole lost twin with a demon anima thing would also explain why Leerand doesn't know his parents or the fact that he might have a twin: The Black Turtle caused destruction upon coming into the world, and Leerang only survived because of his White Tiger.
