Clara was wrong

We don't actually see anything in the episode that proves that the child Clara encountered was the Doctor and not just a random Time Lord; this is merely Clara's assumption. The Perfect Hider actually is real, and was encountered at the orphanage, on the desolate planet and in the TARDIS.
