The New World is NOT Earth
Though indicators the New World could be Earth exist, there are also factors that indicate it's a different world.- Kisaragi has already won the war and is just "cleaning up" the last pockets of resistance. They are so far along in victory, Astaroth has been lamenting about disbanding their armies if she can't find something for them to do in the near future. While they complain about the resistance being hard to eliminate, they still find a lot of free time to just lounge around in the Kisaragi HQ and get bored.
- The Supreme Commanders indicate they know the celestial position of the New World in relation to Earth. The stars seem to align correctly according with Alice's mapping of the New World constellations (she has figured out how to navigate using the night sky on the New World).
- Though resources like fossil fuels could replenish themselves if enough time passes, rare-earth elements would not. These are the sort of minerals Alice has already been surveying to send back to Earth for Kisaragi to finish the war.
- No relics or records Alice has found, can be traced back to Kisaragi or the various hero organizations on Earth.
- Though creatures like Chimera are something Kisaragi is familiar with, Alice notes that creatures like Mokemoke are interesting xenobiology.
- It's almost certain magic DOES exist on the New World, as the powers and curses of Grimm appear absolutely legitimate from a fourth wall prospective, but Alice is in stubborn denial about it.
Lilith is going to be a Big Bad
She’s more selfish and sociopathic than her workmates, so she’s bound to go down the villainous route and end up an antagonist to Combat Agent 6 and maybe all of Kisaragi.- She's a bit of a numbskull so everything'll be fine.
- Much like all the women in his life, Lilith has romantic feelings for Six. She's just aware that Six is really in love with Astaroth, and getting in the way would only lead to hardship. There's no way she'd turn against him. Also Astaroth and Belial are MUCH more powerful than Lilith in combat.
