According to

he firebombs the Castro, F3 calls it "divine justice". To add to this,
Revelation 13:15 claims the Beast will kill all those who don't worship it - which is pretty much what he does with resistance leaders.
- Fits in with the Religious Right being delusional enough to believe that what they (and the President) are doing is "God's will", as 1st Timothy says that in the latter times people will fall away from the faith and give heed to "deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons", which Dominion Theology fits under. Also, 2nd Corinthians says that Satan disguises himself as an angel of light, so it's no surprise for his ministers to disguise themselves as "ministers of righteousness", whose end shall be according to their works.
- Also, Washington, D.C. and the Purity Web could be the symbolic Great Whore of Babylon from the Book of Revelation, "the city that rules over the kings of the earth", where all commerce and trade are controlled.
