Every character's death in "Game Over Tinies" is part of a chain of events.
But not necessarily in the order that each death happens in during the song. For example, maybe after Mario caused Yoshi's death, he had to find a new way to get around, which led to him desperately choosing a kart with faulty transmission. And without him, Wario became the new star, and had so many games made that they crushed him to death. The bees killed Chunky Kong and Tiny Kong is killing the bees to avenge his death.
