[[WMG: Ant-Man & The Wasp Quantumania will kill off [[spoiler: Hank Pym]].]]
Much similar to the deaths of [[spoiler: Odin and Aunt May]]in ''Thor Ragnarok'' and ''Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third installment will lead to end of an era with [[spoiler: Hank succumbing to injuries or sacrificing his life to stop Kang. This will lead to Janet, Hope, Scott, and Cassie to continue Hank's legacy.]]

[[WMG: Ghost and Bill Foster/Goliath will either have their roles reduced in ''Quantamania'' or be cut from the film entirely.]]
With many of the past ''Ant-Man & The Wasp'' supporting characters seemingly cut or not confirmed for ''Quantumania''(Jim, Dave, Kurt, and Maggie), it wouldn't be that big of a surprise, if Marvel decided to reduce or exclude the appearances of Ghost and Foster as Goliath for story purposes. This would be a similar case to ''Thor: Ragnarok'', where multiple characters were either cut or killed off for story purposes. Ghost and possibly Foster may instead return in ''Thunderbolts'', much similar to how Darcy Lewis was cut from ''Ragnarok'', but later appeared in ''Wandavision''.

Came here for TRS cleanup, but this is a meta theory and not actually relevant to the work

[[WMG:There will be immense criticism if a certain person gets dusted by Thanos...]]
Specifically, Hope Van Dyne / The Wasp, due to her not being seen in a recent ''Avengers: Endgame'' promotional art featuring the team. We are talking about someone who is the first female superhero to be featured in a MCU film title, and ending the film with her disintegrating due to Thanos' BadassFingersnap, and therefore not being able to participate much in the next ''Avengers'' film can draw criticism. It can also create accusations that this is one big StuffedIntoTheFridge moment, just to give Scott a motivation to stop Thanos.
* [[spoiler: Hope gets dusted in TheStinger,]] but it's too soon to tell if there is backlash.
* Jossed [[spoiler: her return after being dusted, while met with fan disappointment was forgotten due to the "All the ladies" team up scene in Endgame.]]

Grow and shrink discs were introduced in the original Film/AntMan film, and have been used continuously by the Antman CastHerd since then. [[spoiler:Scott jerry-rigging a grow disk into his suit's regulator allowed him to come back from the quantum realm in Film/AntMan; it's not out of the question that Scott would be similarly equipped for this trip, and it's less likely that he'd forget about that method.]]

[[WMG: Ghost will appear in a future Comicbook/{{Thunderbolts}} movie]]
Ghost is a member of the Thunderbolts, a team of [[BoxedCrook supervillain prisoners]] implanted with [[ExplosiveLeash nanites that can incapacitate or kill them]] in the comics.

The movie ends with the team getting her "healing particles", implying that she still has her condition and the accompanying powers somewhat.
