This is a sequel to the original film
By original we mean Omen IV: The Awakening. The work states that until the age of eight, Delia and her family lived in New York and moved to Portland for unknown reasons. One can imagine the crazy idea that Gene York and brother Alexander suddenly died for no reason (for example, an attack by religious fanatics), and Delia underwent adventures in the style of Orphan (2009), ending up in the family of a Yonce's pharmacist.
Jo and Delia are brother and sister respectively
The work directly states that Jordan did not know his father from childhood. Additionally, in the eighth chapter of Act II, Joe, standing in front of a mirror, notes that his facial features are similar to Delia's, which may support this theory. To top it all off, in the sixth chapter of the last part, chief inspector Schaeymoure directly says these words, to which Galbraith reacts as if he had learned God knows what secret.
The entire third act is Jo's dying dream
Did you notice that at the end of the second act, Jordan is taken to a prison cell, where he begins to hallucinate? Why not consider that everything that happens next is just his fantasies about Galbraith, who visited him before? This may explain strange moments such as terrible menus in restaurants and an entire underground institute at the very end of the work.
