Circumstances might lead to Syuen being corrupted/becoming a Heretic

Even with her being converted to a Nikke and transfered to their squad, the Counters make it absolutely clear to Syuen that they can't and won't trust her as far as they can throw her. This might lead to a pivotal point where Syuen gets ambushed by Raptures and captured by them, leading to her being corrupted and restructured into a Heretic. Also, seeing how Syuen's reputation in the Ark well below rock bottom due to experimenting on the Flood and the coup attempt, it's possible she will embrace her new identity with open arms.
