Love Thy Neighbour is a currently unreleased Hearts of Iron IV Game Mod that is set in an alternate timeline where the post-World War II world order was shattered by the death of billions of people following a global pandemic, with new religious cults, greedy cabals, and ideological revolutionaries moving to take control of the pieces left of the world.

This Game Mod provides examples of:
- Alternate History: In this timeline, Charles Lindbergh narrowly wins the presidential election in 1940 against Franklin Delano Roosevelt, leading to the United States not entering the Second World War.
- Cult: In the desperate ruins and poverty-struck world following the 1950s, religion and new cult-like movements saw a massive resurgence. The most prominent example being the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, one of the world powers which spans across Europe and the Middle East.
- Shadow Government: In order to keep the United States from collapsing in on itself, a mysterious cabal of elites, businessmen, and politicians secretly form an organization known as the "Illuminati", which gradually takes control over the United States government beginning in the early 1960s.
- The Plague: In the early 1950s, a deadly disease later named the "980-Virus" rapidly spreads from Africa across the world. With no effective cure and the world being in ruins after World War II, billions of people die and society collapses, before the virus slowly dies down at the end of the decade.
- Those Wacky Nazis:
- Following the United States' isolationist policy throughout World War II, in addition to the virus outbreak and following societal unrest, radical groups such as the Ku Klux Klan and the American Nazi Party gained significant powers and support, holding political offices and even securing a presidency in the 1960s.
- Certain warlords and cliques located in the war-torn African continent adhere to various branches and variations of Neo-Nazism.
