Moving YMMV tropes.

* RoleReprisal: Londell Hicks reprises his role as the announcer here. Luckily, it seems Konami responded to the critisism, and put in an option to turn it off.
* SelfImposedChallenge: Playing with a regular [=GameCube=] controller. Like all home console [=DDR=] games, the included [=DDR=] pad is just mapped to buttons on a [=GCN=] controller, so using one works just as fine. However, doing jumps may take some getting used to.

Added DiffLines:

* SortingAlgorithmOfEvil: Oddly enough, inverted. Waluigi, the StarterVillain, is the only one actually trying to take over the world. The next boss with real characterization is Wario, who is simply trying to get his own game. And the rest of the music keys are held by generic bosses. Even when Bowser appears and becomes the final boss, the trope is still inverted! (See MotiveMisidentification above for how.)
