Safe and Dry

In "Franklin and the Thunderstorm," Franklin and his friends are caught outside in a bad storm. They head to the library to take shelter. Mrs. Goose tells Franklin and Snail not to worry, that she'll call their parents to let them know they're safe and dry. And, indeed, it would seem they are. Once inside the library, they don't appear to be even slightly wet, nor is there any sign of water on the library's floor.
