The Fairly Oddparents - The Temp : In one of the early short, Timmy is given a temp fairy while Cosmo and Wanda are away renewing their fairy licenses, though turns out to be bad at his job. In the end it's revealed he's a elf that ran away from the North Pole and Santa. And has a VERY good reason why he did.
