Indy thinks he's successfully stolen a treasure from an ancient temple, only to be confronted with a giant rolling rock trap that he has to sprint from in order to avoid being crushed. It's easily the most-parodied scene of the entire film franchise, and the one most people think of when they think of Indiana Jones.
