Five Demerits

After Milly bit Rebecca's arm when she tried to get Greg's stolen journal back from her, they're both sent to the principal's office. He proceeds to give both of them five demerits for the collective crime of "horseplaying", and only gives Milly ten because it was her second time seeing him. In present day, Rebecca takes multiple issues with this logic, notably that biting someone's arm has far worse repercussions than roughing someone up to get someone else's stolen property back.
