Ah yes….… The burger chain of California.

They are a common tourist place and often use the history of their earlier years as their aesthetic. Which are red and white checkered floors, and neon signs. Their customer service and fan base is otherworldly, their ingredients are all local and fresh due to the fact they never go corporate, and they have paper hats you can wear with every purchase.

They started in 1948 as a roadside store by Esther, and Harry Snyder. It only expanded from there despite the original stand location being demolished. They have expanded all over the West Coast and southern Midwest throughout the years and are treated as a tourist trap. They have been a staple of pop culture and Southwest culture for many years.
