I haven't really contributed a lot yet, but below are just some random ideas I'm thinking about {{YKTTW}}ing.
Things like the elaborate chain of coincidences that {{Amelie}} comes up with to explain why Nico didn't show up at the cafe. They're almost always invented by someone to explain something, when the real reason it happened is completely sensible.
A more-general version of OvertOperative, if there are people outside of spy fiction who should remain anonymous but don't even try.
When a mundane object is given a fancy name to make it seem cooler, or a fancy object is given a more normal-sounding name to make it more acceptable.
