Hi. My name is Surprise. I was born in Dream Valley and lived there until my mid-teens, when I moved to Humania. There I adopted my pet human Raydence and learned a lot of things and began to have adventures. Eventually I moved back to Dream Valley, but recently left it again and now reside in Equestria.

Tropes That Apply To Me
Note: I'm only listing tropes that apply to my sockpuppet appearances. Tropes that apply to the fanfic can go somewhere else.
- Berserk Button: Do not hurt children while I'm around, unless you have a death wish.
- Cloning Blues: Happened once when I saw how many different interpretations of me there were. But then I calmed down.
- CloudCuckoolander: In between talking about humans as pets and wanting to eat Changelings... Averted in the original fanfic, where according to the Author's notes "there's always a logic to what Surprise is doing, just you don't know what it is." It's hard to maintain this in the roleplays tho.
- Divergent Character Evolution: Intentional. My role-player doesn't want me to be just "Pinkie Pie with wings."
- True in an unintentional sense as well. The author didn't know about previous Surprise fanon when he was coming up with his own so I tend to be... not quite what ponies expect.
- Flanderization: My role-player sometimes complain that I'm pigeonholed into a one-note character.
